My Bio.

After completing a 4 year Bachelor of design at UTS, majoring in Industrial Design, I eventually turned my hand to Animation.

In 1994 I was accepted into the selective Animation Training Program at DisneyToon Studios Australia (then Walt Disney Animation Australia) and quickly gained status as senior animator. After animating on the television series Timon and Pumbaa and 101 Dalmations, I was soon busy working on the many direct-to-video releases the studio produced over the next 10 years. Of those productions, I animated on such titles as The Lion King 2: Simba's Pride, An Extremely Goofy Movie, Peter Pan in Return to Never Land, Jungle Book 2, Lilo and Stitch 2 and Bambi and The Great Prince of the Forest. The closure of DisneyToon studios in 2006 allowed me to develop my skills as a Storyboard Artist at Funnyazhell Animation. A studio specialising in the pre-production and animation of children's television series.

From there I deployed my skills in the same role at Tui Studios, where I worked on several episodes of Huntik:Secrets and Seekers, an action series with Manga sensibilities.

In 2007 I began working as Storyboard Artist on several children's television series for Southern Star Animation, namely Sea Princesses and Classic tales.

I am currently employed at Animal Logic, based at Sydney's Fox Studios. I was fortunate enough to be highly involved as Storyboard Artist, Animator and Character Pose Artist for the recently released Legends of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole. After completing Animal Logic's CG animation training program I was able to use my 2d animation skillset within the 3D realm, producing character animation that I am very proud of. Since the completion of LOTG, I have worked on storyboards for various television commercials and animation pitches, and as character animator on Star Wars Lego:The Padawan Menace.

Recently I have completed storyboards and animation on the new cinematic  production of Walking With Dinosaurs 3D. Currently animating on The new Lego Movie due for release 2014.
